Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FYL (“Forge Your Lift”) account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open FYL and go to your Profile tab.
2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
3. Scroll to the bottom, to the Danger Zone section.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@forgeyourlift.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address linked to your FYL account. We will verify the request and delete the account, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your login, profile, workout history and personal records, routines, custom exercises, photos and videos, comments and reactions, league and challenge participation, badges, streaks, and push notification tokens.

What may be kept

• Records we are legally required to retain (for example, billing and fraud-prevention audit records) are kept only as long as the law requires.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google, Stripe, or Link, and records Korra Limited must retain for billing, fraud prevention, tax, or other legal obligations, are governed by the applicable policies and retention requirements.

Subscriptions are cancelled separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an active FYL Pro subscription. Cancel it first through the channel where you subscribed: App Store → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; or, for a web subscription, forgeyourlift.com/pro/manage or your Link account.
