Plate Calculator
Stop doing bar math between sets. Enter your target weight, pick the bar, and load exactly what it says — per side, biggest plates first.
Plates per side
Enter a target weight to see the loadout.
How it loads the bar
The calculator subtracts the bar, halves the remainder and fills each side biggest-plate first from the standard denominations — 25 / 20 / 15 / 10 / 5 / 2.5 / 1.25 kg, or 45 / 35 / 25 / 10 / 5 / 2.5 lb. If your target doesn't split cleanly, it shows the closest loadable weight underneath so you're never guessing mid-set.
Skip the math entirely
FYL remembers what you lifted last session, so the target number is already on screen when you walk up to the bar. Pair this with the warm-up calculator for your ramp sets and the 1RM calculator for programming, or see everything FYL tracks — free on iOS.
