This page provides the labelling and marking information for the FYL (“Forge Your Lift”) application that is relevant for consumers and regulators in the European Union, in connection with our identification as a trader under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, “DSA”).

2. Product type & conformity
FYL is a downloadable software application (a digital service) distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. No physical product is supplied to the consumer. Accordingly:
- FYL carries no physical labels, packaging or markings, and no CE marking under EU product-hardware legislation (e.g. the Low Voltage, EMC, or Radio Equipment Directives) applies, as no physical good is placed on the market.
- Any electronic identifiers, version information, and required disclosures are provided digitally within the app and on this website.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. You should consult a qualified physician before beginning any exercise program, and train within your own ability. FYL does not provide medical advice, and the information in the app is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
5. Age suitability
FYL is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). Please refer to the age rating shown on the app’s App Store and Google Play listings.
6. Applicable EU frameworks
- Data protection (GDPR): see our Privacy Policy.
- Digital Services Act (DSA): trader identification is provided above.
- Consumer rights: App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to the applicable store’s terms, with cancellation and refund requests handled through that store. Korra Limited provides FYL Pro on the web; web transactions are sold through Link as merchant of record. Web subscriptions can be cancelled at forgeyourlift.com/pro/manage or through Link, and our web refund policy provides a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of a web charge. These terms do not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
