Traps
Traps Exercises26
Tap any exercise for step-by-step instructions, muscles worked and a demo. Log any of them — sets, reps and PRs — in FYL.
The upper traps shrug and carry; the mid and lower traps pull your shoulder blades back and down. Heavy deadlifts and rows build them constantly in the background.
Shrugs and carries at 8–15 reps grow the upper wedge; face pulls and rows handle the rest. A few direct sets weekly is plenty on top of heavy pulling.
Train traps inside a proven plan — see the free program library.
