Hamstrings Bodyweight bodyweight reps

Also works: Glutes, Abs, Lower Back, Calves

How to do it

  1. Lie supine with legs straight hip-width apart, heels on the floor and toes pointed up.
  2. Brace the core and lightly posteriorly tilt the pelvis; keep knees extended without locking out.
  3. Press the heels into the floor and squeeze the hamstrings and glutes to lift the hips.
  4. Raise until your shoulders, hips, and ankles align; keep ribs down and neck neutral.
  5. Pause 1–2 seconds while maintaining straight legs and level hips.
  6. Lower the hips slowly to the floor without arching the lower back.
  7. Exhale on the lift, inhale on the descent, and repeat for reps.

In FYL you log the Straight Leg Hip Bridge as bodyweight reps — every set counts toward your volume, PRs and XP.
