Hamstrings Exercises22
Tap any exercise for step-by-step instructions, muscles worked and a demo. Log any of them — sets, reps and PRs — in FYL.
Hamstrings do two jobs — extend the hip and flex the knee — and each needs its own movement. Pair a hinge (Romanian deadlifts) with a curl (lying or seated) every week.
Hinge heavy at 6–10 reps, curl at 8–15. Hamstrings are stretch-loving muscles: control the lowering on RDLs and let them lengthen. 8–16 weekly sets covers most lifters.
Train hamstrings inside a proven plan — see the free program library.
