Exercise
Toe Touch Sit (wall)
How to do it
- Stand tall with your back lightly in contact with a wall, feet about hip-width and 12–18 inches in front of the wall.
- Shift weight to the standing leg, brace your abs, and lift the opposite leg in front with the knee slightly bent and toes pulled up.
- Reach toward the lifted foot’s toes as you sit your hips back and down, keeping light contact with the wall and your chest up.
- Keep the standing knee tracking over the toes; do not let it cave inward.
- Briefly touch the toes (or reach as far as control allows) without rounding your lower back.
- Drive through the standing heel and engage your core to return to the start. Switch legs and repeat.
