Exercise
Resistance Band Foot Eversion
How to do it
- Sit tall on a chair with knees at 90 degrees and feet flat.
- Loop the band around the ball of the working foot; anchor the other end under the opposite foot so it pulls the forefoot inward.
- Keep the working heel lightly on the floor and the knee still; ankle starts neutral.
- Evert the foot by sweeping the forefoot outward against the band without rotating the knee or hip.
- Pause 1–2 seconds at end range, keeping toes relaxed and the arch lifted.
- Return slowly to neutral under control, maintaining light tension in the band.
- Complete 10–20 reps, then switch sides; adjust band length to achieve a pain‑free, controlled range.
