Resistance Band Foot Eversion

Calves Band weight & reps

How to do it

  1. Sit tall on a chair with knees at 90 degrees and feet flat.
  2. Loop the band around the ball of the working foot; anchor the other end under the opposite foot so it pulls the forefoot inward.
  3. Keep the working heel lightly on the floor and the knee still; ankle starts neutral.
  4. Evert the foot by sweeping the forefoot outward against the band without rotating the knee or hip.
  5. Pause 1–2 seconds at end range, keeping toes relaxed and the arch lifted.
  6. Return slowly to neutral under control, maintaining light tension in the band.
  7. Complete 10–20 reps, then switch sides; adjust band length to achieve a pain‑free, controlled range.
