Resistance Band Foot External Rotation

Calves Band weight & reps

How to do it

  1. Sit tall on a bench or chair with knees bent ~90° and both feet flat, hip‑width apart.
  2. Loop a small resistance band around the forefeet; keep the non‑working foot still to act as the anchor.
  3. Brace your core, keep the working heel planted and shin vertical.
  4. Rotate the working foot outward (eversion/external rotation), leading with the little toe; do not let the knee or hip twist.
  5. Pause briefly at end range without pain, feeling the outer lower leg engage.
  6. Return slowly to neutral under control; avoid the band snapping back.
  7. Complete reps, then switch sides; keep movements small, smooth, and pain‑free.

In FYL you log the Resistance Band Foot External Rotation as weight & reps — every set counts toward your volume, PRs and XP.
