Tap any exercise for step-by-step instructions, muscles worked and a demo. Log any of them — sets, reps and PRs — in FYL.

Forearms are grip: wrist flexors and extensors plus the muscles that squeeze. Heavy holds, carries and thick pulling work grow them — wrist curls finish the job.

Train them last (fried grip ruins everything after) with high reps, 10–20 per set. If deadlifts and rows are heavy and frequent, a couple of direct sets a week is all most people need.

Train forearms inside a proven plan — see the free program library.
