Tap any exercise for step-by-step instructions, muscles worked and a demo. Log any of them — sets, reps and PRs — in FYL.
The pecs press and squeeze the arms across the body. Cover the angles: flat pressing for overall mass, incline for the upper chest, and flys or cable work for the stretch-and-squeeze the presses miss.
Most lifters grow well on 10–20 hard chest sets a week in the 6–12 rep range, pressing 2–3 times weekly. If your shoulders take over, bring the dumbbells out and slow the negative.
Train chest inside a proven plan — see the free program library.
